Affiliate Terms of Service for Stitchero.com

Please read these Affiliate Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before registering as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Stitchero.com (“Company”). By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not register as an Affiliate.
- Acceptance
By registering as an Affiliate, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Registration
To become an Affiliate, you must complete the registration process on the Company’s website. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject your registration at its sole discretion. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Promotion
As an Affiliate, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to promote the Company’s products and services using the promotional materials provided by the Company. You may not modify or create derivative works of the promotional materials without the Company’s prior written consent.
- Affiliate Links
You will receive a unique affiliate link (“Affiliate Link”) to track your referrals to the Company’s website. You are responsible for ensuring that your Affiliate Link is used correctly in your promotional efforts. The Company is not responsible for any lost commissions due to incorrect use of your Affiliate Link.
- Commissions
You will receive a commission for each sale made through your Affiliate Link, as specified in the Company’s Affiliate Program. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided that you have reached the minimum payment threshold. The Company reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time.
- Payment
Payments are made via the payment method specified in your Affiliate account. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date. The Company is not responsible for any lost payments due to outdated or incorrect payment information.
- Referral Tracking
The Company will track your referrals using cookies. Referrals will be credited to your Affiliate account if the referred customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking on your Affiliate Link.
- Term and Termination
This Agreement will begin upon your acceptance and continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing the other party with written notice of termination. Upon termination, all licenses granted under this Agreement will terminate immediately, and you must cease all use of the Company’s promotional materials.
- Modification
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
- Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Affiliate Program or your use of the promotional materials.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
- Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties, whether written or oral.
